Your application
We collect your name, email, city, arrival stage, profession, optional profile link, interests, introduction, O-1 or EB-1 category, what you need help with, what you can offer, consent, and application dates. The club owner first reviews your introduction and self-declared category for membership fit and community planning. No eligibility document is requested when you submit this application. If selected to continue, you’ll receive a request for redacted proof through your private application dashboard. This is conditional acceptance, subject to evidence review and a final membership decision. Your application is not a public profile. Private owner notes are never shown to other applicants.
No account required
You can apply without an OpenAI or other third-party account. After submission, a private access code lets you return to your application. We store a hash of that code, not the code itself. A secure, HTTP-only browser cookie remembers access for up to 30 days; the code expires after one year. Keep it private: anyone with the code can manage your application, including removing it. Close private access on shared devices. Codes are never placed in website URLs.
An access code protects the application; it does not verify the email address you entered. For lost codes or corrections, contact members@o1circle.com. We may ask for evidence that you control the application email before restoring access. Applications submitted through the earlier ChatGPT sign-in flow retain access through an existing authenticated session; new applications do not require that sign-in. The owner’s administration area remains protected.
Private eligibility evidence
After the club owner requests proof, you can upload redacted O-1 or EB-1 evidence in your private dashboard. The request does not grant membership; evidence is reviewed manually before a final approval and invitation. Upload only the relevant page of an approval notice, O-1 I-94 or visa, or EB-1 residence evidence. Keep your name, category, document heading, and approval or validity dates visible. Hide your date of birth, address, passport, receipt and document numbers, A-number, signatures, barcodes, photos, machine-readable lines, and other people’s details. Do not upload a complete petition, unredacted passport, Social Security numbers, or payment information.
Files are stored privately with our hosting provider. Only the club owner can download evidence for review. No public document links are created. We do not put documents in emails or use AI to decide membership. This is a club eligibility review, not a USCIS database check or a guarantee of document authenticity or current immigration status. An approved EB-1 petition is different from permanent residence.
Deletion
The site deletes uploaded files after the owner accepts evidence or requests changes. Failed deletions retain a reference and are retried on later dashboard visits; failed or superseded uploads are also tracked for cleanup. Before review, you can remove your upload or replace it while the proof request is active. There is no fixed automatic expiry for unreviewed documents. Proof request and review dates, category, evidence type, review results, and the reviewer’s note remain with the application. The owner should delete any downloaded review copy after use.
Withdrawing through your dashboard deletes the application, associated files, review history, invitations, and site email records. Delivered emails, provider logs, and provider backups may remain under those providers’ retention policies.
Email and security
Application, proof request, and membership emails use an email service when a sender is connected. A proof request directs you to the eligibility section of your private dashboard; it does not attach a document or grant final membership. Unsent messages remain in the owner’s outbox. We record message status and provider reference IDs; “sent” means accepted by the provider, not guaranteed inbox delivery. Invitations expire after 14 days and can be revoked. Accepting an invitation does not enroll you in a paid plan.
Public application and code-entry attempts are limited using a hash of the connection IP. Private upload limits use an application or legacy account identifier. We do not store raw IP addresses in application records. Hosting providers may process technical logs.
Agents and public search
Public pages and our published application instructions are readable by search engines and AI assistants. Applications, documents, access codes, invitations, and admin data are not published in those resources. An assistant may help you apply with your explicit permission. Share a private access code only with an assistant you trust; its access is limited to your application, and it cannot download review documents or approve membership. The same consent, evidence, and privacy requirements apply.
